Using ThinkPattern

By using ThinkPattern, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What ThinkPattern provides

ThinkPattern gathers and summarizes news reporting from third-party sources for general information. It is not the original publisher of that reporting and is not a replacement for the original sources, which it links to. Read the original whenever a detail matters.

No guarantees

News moves quickly and summaries can be incomplete or wrong. The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, and nothing in the app is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Third-party content

Headlines, quotes, reporting, names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Attributions and links to the original sources are provided throughout the app.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or copy, scrape, or redistribute its content at scale.

Our content

The ThinkPattern name, design, and original written material are ours. Third-party material remains the property of its owners.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkPattern is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or your reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
