The Greenbrier Companies Names Brian Comstock as Next CEO
The Greenbrier Companies announced that Brian Comstock will succeed Lorie Tekorius as President and CEO effective January 6, 2027.
The Greenbrier Companies, Inc. announced a leadership transition following a long-term succession planning process conducted by its Board of Directors. Lorie Tekorius, the current President and Chief Executive Officer, will retire effective January 6, 2027, following the company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
Brian Comstock, who currently serves as Executive Vice President and President of The Americas, will succeed Tekorius as President and CEO. Comstock has nearly 30 years of experience at the company and over 45 years in the railroad industry.
Tekorius joined the company in 1995 and assumed the CEO role in 2022. While she will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the 2027 meeting, she is expected to provide transition services after her official departure.
