Fund 1 Investments Seeks to Take Xponential Fitness Private

Fund 1 Investments LLC, the third-largest shareholder in Xponential Fitness Inc., is seeking to take the company private. The investment firm holds nearly 10% of the outstanding shares of the company, which owns the Pure Barre and Club Pilates brands.

Based in Rincon, Puerto Rico, the firm is reportedly preparing a cash offer to acquire the company. The proposed bid is estimated to be between $5.61 and $7.00 per share.
