Law Firms Seek Lead Plaintiffs in Taboola Securities Fraud Lawsuit
Multiple law firms are seeking lead plaintiffs for a securities fraud class action lawsuit against Taboola.com Ltd. over allegedly misleading statements about publisher relationships.
Two separate law firms have announced opportunities for investors to serve as lead plaintiffs in a securities fraud class action lawsuit against Taboola.com Ltd. The Law Offices of Frank R. Cruz and the Law Offices of Howard G. Smith are both seeking participants for litigation centered on the company's business operations between May 6, 2026, and August 4, 2026.
The complaints allege that Taboola made materially false or misleading statements and failed to disclose adverse facts regarding its publisher network. Specifically, the lawsuits claim the company did not disclose an increase in low-quality publishers and the subsequent need to aggressively exit those relationships. This failure allegedly impacted earnings and resulted in an overstatement of the value of the company's publisher relationships.
Investors who suffered financial losses during the specified period are invited to contact the firms to participate in the litigation. The deadline for investors to apply for the lead plaintiff position is October 20, 2026.
