Michigan and Illinois Officials Issue Final Election Instructions

Election officials in Michigan and Illinois are providing final guidance to voters before Tuesday's election. In Kalamazoo, Michigan, City Clerk Scott Borling announced that absentee voters who missed mailing deadlines can utilize 24/7 drop boxes. These boxes are located at City Hall, the Douglas Community Association, the Stockbridge office, the Eastside Neighborhood Association, and Public Safety Station #7, though voters may also submit ballots at local polling places.

In Fayette County, Illinois, early voting concludes Monday at the Fayette County Courthouse. The Illinois ballot includes several high-profile statewide contests. In the race for Governor, Republicans Darren Bailey and Aaron Del Mar are challenging incumbents J.B. Pritzker and Christian Mitchell. Additionally, incumbent Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias is facing Republican challenger Diane Harris.
