Deutsche Bank Upgrades Hilton Worldwide to Buy Rating
Deutsche Bank upgraded Hilton Worldwide to a Buy rating and raised its price target to $365 following a recent decline in share price.
Deutsche Bank upgraded Hilton Worldwide from Hold to Buy and increased its price target to $365 from $363. The investment bank based the move on a 7% decline in Hilton's share price over the previous month, which analysts believe reset investor expectations and created a more attractive valuation.
Despite recent stock pressure, Deutsche Bank noted that forward adjusted EBITDA estimates remained stable or increased by approximately 50 basis points. Analyst Steven Pizzella identified healthy revenue-per-available-room trends and a constructive demand outlook as primary drivers for growth over the next six to 12 months.
The bank views the current market setup as a scenario where solid operational performance aligns with manageable investor expectations. This combination implies a potential 16% upside from current levels.
