Aehr Test Systems Receives $22 Million AI Processor Order

Aehr Test Systems received a $22 million follow-on production order from its lead customer, a provider of advanced AI training and inference processors. The order includes multiple fully automated FOX-XP wafer-level burn-in systems, FOX WaferPak full-wafer Contactors, and integrated FOX WaferPak Auto Aligners.

These systems enable the simultaneous testing and burn-in of nine 300 mm wafers to detect early-life and latent reliability failures before final assembly. The company expects to ship the equipment over the next six months for installation at the customer's high-volume manufacturing partner in Taiwan.

CEO Gayn Erickson stated that the order validates the FOX-XP platform in high-volume production. He further noted that the customer's current production plans suggest a requirement for capacity beyond the scope of this specific order.
