The family-run business specializes in ingredients for custom creams, lotions, and spa products. Christopher David Horner and Kevin Daniel Pinkerton of Business Rescue Expert were appointed as administrators to manage the process.

Founded in 1997 by Kolbjorn Borseth, the company has been led by his son, Benjamin Borseth, since 2016. While the company website remains operational for customer purchases, the specific cause of the collapse is not public. Companies House records show that the business's accounts are overdue.
