AIB Data Centers Signs 50 MW Deal With Nebius

AIB Data Centers Inc. entered into a binding 12-year agreement with Nebius to provide 50 MW of critical IT capacity at a facility in the southeastern United States. The capacity will be delivered across two data halls and is supported by an existing 15-year Electric Service Agreement for 65 MW of utility load.

Nebius will use the dedicated capacity for AI training and inference workloads. To fund the development costs, AIB plans to utilize project-level debt, preferred equity, and customer prepayments, a strategy intended to limit the need for corporate-level common equity and reduce shareholder dilution.

Chief Executive Officer Jerry Tang described the contract as a transformational milestone for the company. AIB stated its strategy is to secure power in attractive markets and convert that power into long-term contracted revenue with leading AI infrastructure companies.
