SentinelOne Reports Revenue Growth and Expands AI Security Platform
SentinelOne increased second-quarter revenue to $292 million and expanded its Wayfinder Threat Hunting service to major cloud providers.
SentinelOne reported a 21% increase in fiscal second-quarter revenue to $292 million, with annual recurring revenue rising 22% to $1.218 billion. The company expanded its cybersecurity platform beyond endpoint security to include cloud, identity, data, and AI security.
In September, the company extended its Wayfinder Threat Hunting service to cover Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services. Financial performance showed a non-GAAP operating margin improvement to 10% from 2% the previous year, and non-GAAP earnings per share doubled to 8 cents. However, non-GAAP gross margin decreased to 77% from 79% a year ago.
Following these results, SentinelOne raised its full-year revenue and operating-income outlook. Capital Wealth Planning initiated a new position in the company at approximately $23 a share, citing a financial inflection in the company's growth and profitability.
