Bajaj Auto Reports Record Q1 FY27 Profit and Revenue
Bajaj Auto reported record first-quarter results for FY27, with consolidated net profit surging 46% to ₹3,226 crore driven by strong exports and EV growth.
Bajaj Auto Ltd reported record financial results for the first quarter of FY27 ending June 30, 2026, with consolidated net profit surging 46% year-on-year to approximately ₹3,226 crore. Revenue from operations climbed 65% to ₹21,689 crore, marking all-time highs in revenue, volumes, and profit.
Growth was broad-based across domestic and export markets. Quarterly export volumes exceeded 700,000 units for the first time, supported by strong performance in Latin America and a rebound in Nigeria. Domestically, revenue rose 26%, with the electric vehicle business nearly doubling its revenue to account for roughly 30% of domestic operations, although capacity constraints limited further expansion.
The company achieved an improved EBITDA margin of 20.9%, which it attributed to disciplined cost management and favorable USD-INR realizations. This performance occurred alongside a wider trend of Indian corporate earnings reports on July 21, 2026, which saw other firms like TVS Motor Company and Adani Energy Solutions also report significant profit increases.
