Hubbard County Introduces Tabulator-Based Early Voting

Hubbard County implemented a new early voting method allowing voters to cast ballots directly into tabulators at the county government center.

Hubbard County introduced a new early voting method on October 16 that allows voters to cast ballots directly into tabulators at the Hubbard County Government Center. Marie Knutson, the county auditor, stated the process provides an "Election Day polling place experience," which enables voters to register and vote in a single session. This option is available through November 2 with designated weekday and weekend hours.

In a separate development, early voting for the November 3 General Election continues in Floyd County, Georgia. The Georgia Secretary of State’s Office reported that 5,450 people have already voted in person at the elections center on East 12th Street and the Anthony Recreation Center. Weekday voting in Floyd County remains open until October 30, with additional weekend hours scheduled for October 24 and 25.
