Implementation of the agreement is delegated to the ministries of defense of both nations. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Defense of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia are designated as the competent authorities responsible for overseeing the partnership.
