The Oak Heritage Estate Lists for Over 3 Million Dollars

Listing agent Chris Henry placed The Oak heritage estate on the market with a price guide that could break Bolwarra's residential record.

The Oak, a heritage estate at 21 Kensington Road in Bolwarra, New South Wales, has entered the real estate market with a price guide of $3 million to $3.3 million. If the property sells within this range, it will surpass the current Bolwarra residential record of $2.73 million.

Designed in 1927 by architect John Wiltshire Pender for master plasterer Ken Pryor, the home has undergone extensive restoration to maintain original hardwood floors and ornate plasterwork. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence is situated on a 2,791 square metre block and features a swimming pool, formal gardens, and a glasshouse conservatory.

Listing agent Chris Henry of River Realty reports strong interest from local buyers and prospects from Sydney. Henry described the property as a local landmark, noting that its craftsmanship cannot be recreated today and that the internal finishes and gardens have been maintained to the highest standards.
