Celestica Raises 2026 Revenue Guidance Following Strong Q2 Results

Celestica raised its 2026 revenue guidance to $20.5 billion after reporting a 62 percent increase in second-quarter revenue to $4.7 billion.

Celestica reported a 62 percent year-over-year increase in second-quarter revenue, reaching $4.7 billion, and an 83 percent rise in earnings per share to $2.54. The growth was driven primarily by high demand for networking switches within its connectivity and cloud solutions business.

Following these results, the company increased its 2026 revenue guidance to $20.5 billion, up from a previous estimate of $19 billion. It also raised its non-GAAP earnings per share guidance to $11.30 from $10.15. Management expects revenue growth to accelerate further in 2027.

This financial performance comes despite a 12 percent decline in the company's share price over the last three months, a trend attributed to a broader downturn in artificial intelligence stocks. The company's current growth trajectory is supported by partnerships with key customers, including Broadcom Inc., Intel Corporation, and Advanced Micro Devices.
