KBR Appoints Rami Qasem to Board of Directors
KBR appointed energy and technology executive Rami Qasem to its board of directors as the company prepares to spin off its Mission Technology Solutions business.
KBR appointed Rami Qasem to its board of directors effective October 1, 2026. Qasem joins the board with nearly 30 years of experience in energy and technology, including previous leadership roles at General Electric, Baker Hughes, and APEX Industrial Services.
Stuart Bradie, KBR Board Chair, President, and CEO, stated that Qasem's expertise in digital solutions and operational excellence will help the company advance technology solutions and create stakeholder value.
The appointment comes as KBR prepares to separate its Mission Technology Solutions business in January 2027. The resulting independent public company, named Trinzic, will focus on space, national security, and global operations with projected annual revenues exceeding $5 billion.
