Truist Securities Raises CoreWeave Price Target to $165

Truist Securities increased its price target for CoreWeave to $165, citing the company's ability to offset rising Nvidia GPU costs through higher pricing.

Truist Securities raised its price target for CoreWeave shares to $165 from $155, projecting nearly 88% upside from the previous Friday's close. The investment bank maintains a buy rating despite reported 15% price increases for the latest graphics processing units from Nvidia, which have driven up capital expenditures.

CoreWeave mitigated these rising costs by increasing prices across its inventory by 25% in July. Truist analyst Arvind Ramnani expects this pricing power to offset the cost of hardware and improve contribution margins on future long-duration contracts from approximately 24% to 33%. The increase in GPU prices is attributed to the artificial intelligence boom, which has fueled demand for memory and storage solutions.

Market sentiment remains positive, with LSEG data showing that 27 out of 40 analysts maintain a buy or strong buy rating. CoreWeave stock has risen 23% so far in 2026.
