Oura Appoints Four Independent Directors Ahead of IPO

Oura appointed four independent directors to its board as the health ring maker prepares for a potential $3 billion initial public offering.

Oura, the health and fitness smart ring manufacturer, appointed four new independent directors to its board of directors on Wednesday. The new members include Jason Warnick, former CFO of Robinhood Markets Inc.; Leslie Kilgore, former CMO of Netflix Inc.; Miki Kuusi, CEO of Deliveroo and co-founder of Wolt; and David Sze, a partner at Greylock Partners.

CEO Tom Hale stated the appointments bring experience in scaling global businesses. The move comes as the company prepares for an initial public offering in the United States. Oura filed confidentially for the IPO in May and is seeking to raise as much as $3 billion, with a listing that could occur as early as September 2026.

The company is working with several financial institutions to manage the process, including Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Allen & Co., and Jefferies Financial Group Inc.
