Reed's Inc. Reports Revenue Miss Amid Operational Gains

Reed's Inc. reported a 21% year-over-year revenue decline for Q2 2026 but saw shares rise due to significant gross margin improvements.

Reed's Inc. reported second quarter 2026 financial results showing a revenue of $7.5 million, a 21% year-over-year decline that fell short of the $9.62 million analyst consensus. The company also reported an adjusted loss per share of -$0.36, which exceeded the estimated loss of -$0.17.

Despite the revenue miss, shares rose nearly 7% in pre-market trading. The company demonstrated improved operational efficiency, expanding its gross margin to 24% from 8% and reducing its net loss by 29% to $4.3 million.

Interim CEO Neal Cohane attributed these gains to corrective actions, including the restoration of heritage glass bottle packaging and the reengagement of retail partners. As of June 30, 2026, the company held $2.4 million in cash against $9.2 million in total debt and is evaluating financing alternatives.
