Yunxi Technology Files Confidential IPO for Hong Kong Listing
Yunxi Technology has submitted a confidential IPO application to the Hong Kong stock exchange to raise several hundred million US dollars by late 2026.
Yunxi Technology, a Guangzhou-based artificial intelligence provider, has submitted a confidential initial public offering application to the Hong Kong stock exchange. The company aims to raise several hundred million US dollars and targets a listing by the end of 2026.
Valued at 10 billion yuan, or approximately US$1.27 billion, in its most recent private funding round, the company is working with Bocom International to manage the deal. Yunxi Technology is backed by high-profile investors, including HSG Capital and Yunfeng Capital, an investment firm founded by billionaire Jack Ma.
Established in 2016, the company is designated as one of China's "little giants." It develops digital growth tools that enable clients in the automotive, real estate, retail, and consumer goods sectors to integrate AI into their business operations.
