Nebius Group Raises AI Cloud Prices Amid Surging Demand

Nebius Group will implement a second price increase in three months for its AI cloud services effective October 1. The Amsterdam-based neocloud provider is raising pay-as-you-go rates for selected Nvidia graphics processing units by 17 to 21 percent. Specific hourly rates will rise to $4.50 for H100s, $5.40 for H200s, $8.50 for B200s, and $9.50 for B300s. Other adjustments include increases of 25 percent for CPU-only instances and 41 percent for memory offerings.

Shares of the company surged as much as 11.2 percent following the announcement. The price hikes follow a period of aggressive expansion, including the signing of four customer contracts averaging over $1 billion each. In the second quarter, the company reported revenue of $582 million, a 454 percent increase year-over-year, while reducing its adjusted net loss by 64 percent to $33 million. Management projects full-year revenue of $3.2 billion and an annualized run rate of $8 billion.

Nvidia Inc. holds a 9.3 percent stake in the firm following a $2 billion investment. As a Reference Platform Cloud Partner, Nebius Group receives early access to high-end AI processors to meet the surging demand for computing power required to train and run AI models.
