Pandora Appoints André Branch as President for North America

Pandora appointed André Branch as president for North America, effective August 15. Branch, the former CEO of R.e.m. Beauty and former general manager of MAC Cosmetics North America, succeeds Luciano Rodembusch, who left the company in February.

Branch will oversee expansion in North America, which is currently the brand's largest and fastest-growing region. His primary objectives include enhancing customer relevance and achieving sustainable growth. Chief commercial officer Massimo Basei stated that Branch's strategic clarity and disciplined execution make him the right person to lead the region's next phase of growth.

This appointment is part of a broader leadership transition led by CEO Berta de Pablos-Bertier, who designated 2026 as a transition year for the company's brand, design, and market strategies. Other recent leadership changes include the appointments of Philippa Newman as chief product officer and Stephen Fairchild as chief strategic creative and cultural officer.
