Cadillac Mines Corporation acquired the Larder Property from Pan American Silver Corp. in exchange for 15 million common shares.
Cadillac Mines Corporation completed the acquisition of the Larder Property from Pan American Silver Corp. on September 15, 2026. The transaction, based on a binding agreement from May 7, 2026, involved the issuance of 15,000,000 common shares to Pan American Silver. This acquisition, combined with shares from a recent initial public offering, results in Pan American Silver holding an approximate 6% ownership stake in Cadillac Mines.
The Larder Property covers more than 6,400 hectares along the Larder Lake Cadillac Break and encompasses the Fernland, Cheminis, and Bear mineral deposits. This addition expands the total land position of Cadillac Mines in the Abitibi region to over 27,000 hectares.
