S&P Global Inc. has assigned the healthcare corporation an AAA credit rating.

The Coca-Cola Company reported a 7% year-over-year increase in second-quarter net revenue, reaching $13.4 billion. Adjusted earnings per share for the beverage corporation rose 11% to $0.97.

Walmart Inc. continues to face earnings pressure driven by rising oil prices and macroeconomic factors. To offset these brick-and-mortar challenges, the retail corporation is expanding its higher-margin advertising and e-commerce businesses.
