Nvidia Revenue Surges 106 Percent to 96.2 Billion Dollars
Nvidia reported a 106 percent revenue increase driven by data center growth and launched a new Blueprint initiative for physical AI models.
Nvidia Inc. reported second-quarter revenue of $96.2 billion, a 106 percent increase year-over-year. This growth was primarily fueled by a 117 percent surge in data center sales, which reached $89 billion, while earnings per share rose 120 percent to $2.22.
The company projects revenue growth of 70 percent for the upcoming fiscal year, exceeding analyst expectations of 44 percent. To maintain this trajectory, Nvidia is deploying its Vera Rubin systems to increase performance and lower inference token costs.
Nvidia also introduced the Blueprint initiative, which provides data processing and curation for physical AI models used in robotics and autonomous vehicles. Early adopters of the technology include Uber Technologies Inc. and Teradyne. Despite the strong financial results, some investors have expressed concerns regarding competition, profit margins, and the company's circular financing practices.
