Anthropic Taps Eight Firms for Australian Retail IPO Offering

Anthropic PBC selected eight financial firms to manage its retail offering in Australia as the company prepares for a debut on the Nasdaq. The planned initial public offering is expected to be one of the largest in history.

The selected group includes Macquarie Group Ltd. and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s CommSec unit. Other participating brokers, financial intermediaries, and selling agents include Morgans Financial Ltd., Bell Potter Capital Ltd., LGT Wealth Management Ltd., Stake Inc., Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Australia Pty Ltd., and Sharesies Ltd.
