Pushp Brand Receives Sebi Approval for IPO Launch
Pushp Brand obtained regulatory approval from Sebi to launch an initial public offering via an offer for sale of up to 74.45 lakh equity shares.
Pushp Brand received final observation approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India on August 27, 2026, to proceed with an initial public offering. The IPO is structured as an offer for sale of up to 74.45 lakh equity shares by existing shareholders.
Participating sellers include promoters Surendra Kumar Surana and Mahendra Kumar Surana, as well as investor firms A91 Emerging Fund I LLP and Sixth Sense India Opportunities III. Both investment firms intend to partially divest their respective stakes in the company.
Founded in Indore in 1974, the packaged food company operates the Pushp and Munimji brands with a distribution network spanning 24 states and Union Territories. The company intends to expand its product portfolio by launching Pushp Kadak Chai during the second quarter of FY27.
