Pulsar Helium Extends Topaz Project Plant Purchase Deadline
Pulsar Helium Inc. extended the target date to acquire a helium liquefaction plant for its Topaz Project in Minnesota to September 30, 2026.
Pulsar Helium Inc. extended the target date for executing a definitive purchase agreement for a helium liquefaction plant and equipment package to September 30, 2026. The move pushes back the original deadline of July 31, 2026.
The agreement was entered into by Keewaydin Resources Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pulsar, with a third-party vendor. The plant is intended for deployment at the Topaz Project in northern Minnesota, where it is designed to provide a helium liquefaction capacity of approximately 940 liters per hour and a CO2 capture capacity of about 300 tonnes per day.
CEO and Director Thomas Abraham-James stated the extension is necessary to finalize commercial, technical, and internal review processes. Pulsar confirmed that exclusive reservation rights and existing pricing remain in effect during this period without additional cost.
Final completion of the transaction remains contingent upon due diligence, financing, and regulatory approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
