Intelligo CEO Warns Enterprises Against AI Accountability Risks

Eddie Murphy, CEO of Intelligo and a former prosecutor, warns that enterprises are prioritizing AI throughput and cost efficiency over the long-term defensibility of AI-generated outputs. He argues that many organizations treat AI results as black-box conclusions that lack the evidentiary foundation necessary to survive civil depositions, investor disputes, or regulatory audits.

To address this institutional accountability risk, Murphy proposes three tenets of evidentiary discipline. These include enforcing immutable provenance by archiving prompts and model versions, mandating source attributability through verifiable footnotes, and establishing named human accountability via human-in-the-loop validation.

Murphy concludes that a critical divide will emerge in enterprise technology. Companies that implement these disciplines will produce outputs capable of withstanding adversarial scrutiny, while those that do not will accumulate significant legal and reputational technical debt.
