Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 10,821 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, marking a 19 percent increase year-on-year. The company's consolidated profit after tax grew 10 percent to Rs 3,650 crore, while EBITA rose 19 percent to Rs 6,541 crore.
Growth was primarily driven by a 12 percent increase in domestic ports revenue and a significant 80 percent surge in international ports revenue, supported by operations in Colombo and Australia. However, the logistics segment faced challenges due to the situation in the Middle East, and revenue from port development and Special Economic Zones declined by 85 percent.
S&P Global Ratings upgraded the company's long-term issuer credit rating to BBB from BBB-, bringing it in line with India's sovereign rating. Ashwani Gupta, the company's Chief Executive Officer, stated that the performance reinforces confidence in achieving the firm's Ambition 2031 goals.
