Halkbank, Turkey's third-largest state-owned lender, has initiated an investor roadshow to prepare for a secondary public offering. CEO Suleyman Ozdil reported that the bank has met with nearly 60 investors in New York, London, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, noting strong interest in the offering.
Ozdil stated that current turbulence within the domestic investment fund sector in Turkey is not expected to negatively impact the process. He confirmed that the bank intends to launch the share offering at the earliest opportunity, although the total size of the offering and specific launch dates remain undisclosed.
