Schroders Seeks S$220 Million Sale of Wisteria Mall
Schroders is selling Wisteria Mall in northern Singapore for approximately S$220 million following its recent acquisition by Nuveen.
Schroders is seeking to sell Wisteria Mall, a two-story suburban retail property in northern Singapore, for approximately S$220 million. The asset manager has appointed Knight Frank and Savills to handle the marketing process, with expressions of interest expected to close in late November.
If the property sells at the asking price, the transaction would mark a S$208 million increase over the amount paid by the Pamfleet Real Estate Fund III in 2022. The mall currently maintains a 93% occupancy rate.
This divestment follows the acquisition of the London-based asset manager by Nuveen last month. The sale occurs amid a surge in Singapore's commercial property market, which recorded $20 billion in transactions during the first nine months of 2026.
