York Region saw 31 closures on Highways 400, 404, 427, 7, 9, and 48, with major activity in Vaughan, Newmarket, and Aurora.

By July 20, an additional 52 closures were scheduled. Peel Region saw 31 closures on the same primary highway network, while York Region had 21 closures affecting Highways 400, 404, 427, 48, 7, and 9, with nightly lane closures in Vaughan, Newmarket, and Markham. Most projects utilized nightly or continuous lane restrictions to minimize travel disruptions for commuters.
