Attahullah Baloch disappeared on March 24 and was killed on June 21. Haibatan disappeared on July 9 and was later found dead on the Hub-Sakran Road in Lasbela.

Paank alleges these individuals were targeted by state-backed death squads or personnel from the Inter-Services Intelligence, the Counter Terrorism Department, and Military Intelligence. The organization characterizes these incidents as grave violations of human rights and a broader strategy of using secret detention against the Baloch population.
