Nvidia and Broadcom Project Massive AI Data Center Growth
Nvidia and Broadcom forecast significant revenue growth through 2030 driven by a projected three- to four-fold increase in AI data center capital expenditures.
Nvidia and Broadcom Inc are positioned for substantial growth through 2030 as the expansion of AI data centers accelerates. Nvidia provides general-purpose GPUs, while Broadcom specializes in custom AI chips tailored to specific user workloads.
Nvidia management forecasts that data center capital expenditures will grow to between $3 trillion and $4 trillion by 2030, representing a three- to four-fold increase from current estimates. The company expects 70% revenue growth in 2027. Broadcom projects AI semiconductor revenue will reach $115 billion in 2027 and climb to $230 billion by 2028.
Financial analysts suggest these growth projections are not yet reflected in the companies' forward-earnings valuations. Based on these trends, analysts argue a split investment of $10,000 in both stocks could grow to between $30,000 and $40,000 by 2030.
