Cboe Global Markets Appoints Catherine Grover as HR Chief

Cboe Global Markets, Inc. appointed Catherine Grover as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective November 16, 2026. Based in Chicago, Grover will report directly to CEO Craig Donohue and manage the company's global human resources function to align workforce strategies with growth objectives.

Grover joins the firm following a 29-year tenure at PNC Financial Services Group. In her most recent role there, she served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources, where she managed HR teams for approximately 55,000 employees.

CEO Craig Donohue stated that Grover's experience is necessary to attract and retain exceptional talent and foster a high-performance culture as the company pursues new opportunities for innovation.
