FromSoftware Announces Network Test for Switch 2 Title The Duskbloods

FromSoftware Inc. announced a closed network test for The Duskbloods, an original PvPvE title exclusive to the Nintendo Switch 2. Scheduled for August 21 through August 24, 2026, the test will evaluate server stability, multiplayer game balance, and network load across various environments. The game features a setting inspired by gothic Britain and vampiric myths, supporting multiplayer matches for up to eight players.

Registration for the test opens July 22 at 10 AM ET and closes July 28. Selected participants will be notified on August 7. To participate, players must own a Nintendo Switch 2, possess a Nintendo Account, and maintain an active Nintendo Switch Online membership.

FromSoftware cautioned that the pre-release version of the game may contain bugs and unfinished balancing. While a specific release date has not been confirmed, the game is slated for a full launch later in 2026.
