Haleon Lowers 2026 Revenue Outlook After Weak Third Quarter

Haleon reduced its full-year organic revenue growth forecast to 2.5% following weak seasonal demand for respiratory products and import disruptions in China.

Haleon lowered its full-year 2026 organic revenue growth outlook to approximately 2.5% after reporting weaker-than-expected third-quarter trading. The consumer healthcare company recorded third-quarter revenue of £2.87 billion, representing organic growth of 2.6%.

Performance was dragged down by a 2% decline in respiratory health revenue, which Chief Executive Brian McNamara attributed to weak seasonal demand for cough, cold, and flu products across North America and Europe. Additionally, revenue for vitamins, minerals, and supplements dipped 0.5% due to import disruptions for Centrum products in China following a raw-material classification change. These losses were partially offset by an 8.8% increase in oral health revenue, fueled by Sensodyne and Parodontax, and high-teens growth in India.

Despite the revenue adjustment, the company maintained its forecast for high-single-digit adjusted operating profit growth. Haleon also announced a new £500 million share buyback program scheduled for completion by February 2027. In Brazil, the company is accelerating go-to-market changes that are expected to reduce revenue by between £15 million and £20 million.
