Oracle NetSuite Launches Industry-Specific SuiteAgents AI Tools

Oracle NetSuite introduced SuiteAgents, a series of industry-specific AI agents designed to improve operational efficiency and decision-making, during its annual SuiteWorld conference in Las Vegas. Built on a unified data model, these agents identify issues and recommend next steps within established workflows for various sectors.

SuiteAgents for the software, product, and construction industries are currently available in NetSuite Next. The company plans to release versions for healthcare, services, and nonprofit organizations in the future. The tools apply industry best practices to business processes while maintaining governance models, allowing finance and operations teams to respond faster to industry signals.

Founder and Executive Vice President Evan Goldberg stated that the agents put the industry expertise the company developed over nearly three decades to work. He noted that business leaders often miss critical industry signals when focused on day-to-day operations, and that these tools help teams respond faster while retaining oversight, judgment, and accountability.
