Eaton Invests $242 Million in Arkansas Factory Expansion

Eaton Corporation is investing $242 million to construct a 1 million-square-foot manufacturing facility in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The new factory will produce customized electrical enclosures for the company's Fibrebond business, serving the utility, industrial, digital communications, and data center markets.

The project is expected to create 1,200 new jobs across operations, electrical, and manufacturing roles. According to company leadership, the investment will double Eaton's manufacturing capacity for electrical enclosures within the United States.

The expansion resulted from a collaboration between the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, the City of North Little Rock, and the Metro Little Rock Alliance, which is led by the Little Rock Regional Chamber.
