Brad Chambers Takes Lead in Pennsylvania 41st House District

Democrat Brad Chambers erased an Election Night deficit to lead Republican Brett Miller by 30 votes after Lancaster County counted provisional ballots.

Democratic candidate Brad Chambers took a 30-vote lead over Republican incumbent Brett Miller in the race for Pennsylvania's 41st House district. The shift occurred following the counting of provisional ballots in Lancaster County on Friday morning.

On Election Night, Miller held a narrow lead of 41 votes. However, the processing of 139 provisional ballots provided Chambers with 105 votes, erasing the initial deficit and placing him ahead.

Seven provisional ballots were challenged during the process, and 14 overseas or military ballots remain outstanding with a deadline of Tuesday. While the final tally is pending, the current margin suggests a Democratic victory, which would add to the 112 seats Democrats secured during the Tuesday night elections.
