Quanta AI Inc. completed a corporate name change from Datametrex AI Limited effective September 8, 2026. The transition followed shareholder approval granted during an annual and special meeting on August 28, 2026, and the subsequent receipt of regulatory approvals.

The company began trading under the new ticker symbol QNTA on the TSX Venture Exchange on September 14, 2026. It continues to trade on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the OTC market. Existing shareholders are not required to take action as current share certificates remain valid, although the company has issued a new CUSIP number.

Quanta AI Inc. operates through two primary divisions: intellectual property monetization focusing on technology patents, and enterprise technology solutions. The latter is managed via its South Korean subsidiary, Datametrex Korea, which provides managed services, private cloud services, and data-center infrastructure to global enterprises.
