AZIO AI Expands GPU Pipeline to 512 Systems

AZIO AI Holdings, Inc. expanded its agreement with Power Champion Investment Limited to include the potential purchase of 384 additional NVIDIA HGX B300 GPU systems. This addition follows an earlier announcement of 128 systems, bringing the total contemplated volume to 512 units.

Based on a midpoint market price of $600,000 per unit, the cumulative sales pipeline is estimated at approximately $307 million. The company clarified that these figures represent a pipeline rather than binding purchase orders and remain subject to U.S. federal export requirements and supplier allocation.

AZIO AI and Power Champion are also discussing the potential hosting of these systems at Atlas One, a compute infrastructure campus in South Texas designed for up to 500 MW of power capacity. No formal hosting agreement has been finalized.
