Accelevation Files for Nasdaq IPO to Support AI Boom
Accelevation filed for an initial public offering on the Nasdaq to capitalize on growing investor demand for artificial intelligence data center infrastructure.
Accelevation, a data center infrastructure firm, filed for an initial public offering in the United States on Wednesday. The company intends to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol ACCV, aiming to leverage the current investor demand for companies supporting the artificial intelligence boom.
Founded in 2017 by Chief Executive Michael Rubiera, the company provides power distribution and deployment products for data centers. Olympus Partners acquired the firm in January 2025. Financial data for the year ending December 31 shows revenue rose to approximately $448 million, with net income increasing to $21.8 million. As of June 30, the company reported a backlog of about $1.1 billion.
A group of banks is underwriting the offering, including Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, and BofA Securities.
