Bloom Energy Shares Rise After Nancy Pelosi Investment Disclosure

Bloom Energy shares climbed 6.4% after financial disclosures revealed Nancy Pelosi's household invested millions in the clean energy company and its customer, Intel.

Shares of Bloom Energy rose 6.4% in pre-market trading on August 25, 2026, following the release of congressional financial disclosures. The filings, dated August 24, revealed that the household of Nancy Pelosi established a significant position in the company through transactions on July 24 and July 28, 2026.

The investment included the purchase of 15,000 Class A common shares and 200 call options with a $100 strike price. The total estimated value of these holdings ranges between $4.25 million and $14.5 million. The disclosures also indicated that the household invested in Intel, which is a customer of Bloom Energy.

This market activity follows a period of strong financial growth for Bloom Energy. The company reported second-quarter revenue exceeding $1 billion and raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to between $3.9 billion and $4.2 billion. This growth is primarily attributed to the increasing demand for electricity from AI-focused data centers.
