London Stock Exchange Group Partners With NVIDIA for AI Data Analysis
London Stock Exchange Group collaborated with NVIDIA to enable financial institutions to analyze trillions of rows of historical market data in seconds using GPU acceleration.
The London Stock Exchange Group announced a collaboration with NVIDIA on October 14, 2026, to accelerate the analysis of massive volumes of historical market data. By integrating NVIDIA cuDF for GPU-accelerated data processing, financial institutions can now analyze LSEG Tick History—consisting of 110 trillion rows of data across 100 million instruments—in seconds rather than hours.
This integration allows firms to perform deep historical analysis without the need to create full copies of datasets, which preserves existing licenses and permissions. The initiative is part of the LSEG Everywhere AI strategy and is designed to support equity trading as it shifts toward 24-hour operations.
Financial firms can use the technology for quantitative research, strategy testing, and the reconstruction of order books to evaluate liquidity and execution quality. The partnership aims to provide researchers with the ability to analyze data at scale without downsampling, ensuring that the granular detail necessary for advanced analytics and AI remains intact.
