Crocs Shares Surge 27% After Raising Revenue Forecast
Crocs, Inc. shares hit a two-year high after the company raised its 2026 revenue growth forecast to 3% driven by HEYDUDE brand recovery.
Crocs, Inc. shares rose approximately 27% to $151.82, reaching a two-year high, after the company increased its full-year 2026 revenue growth forecast to about 3% from a previous estimate of 1% to 2%.
The company attributed the growth to steady demand for its core clogs and a recovery in the HEYDUDE brand, which saw wholesale revenue increase by 14% as retailer orders arrived faster than expected.
CEO Andrew Rees described the current market as a "K-shaped economy," noting strength among high-end consumers and weakness among low-end consumers. Despite this divide, the company believes its $50 to $60 price point remains attractive to buyers. CFO Patraic Reagan stated that the company is using pricing actions and cost-saving measures to protect profitability within an inflationary environment.
