Station Casinos Awards $70 Million Stock to Employees

Station Casinos awarded more than $70 million in Red Rock Resorts Class A stock to nearly 10,000 full- and part-time employees to celebrate its 50th anniversary. The initiative provides eligible workers with $1,000 for every year of service, with the longest-serving employees receiving awards exceeding $45,000.

Frank Fertitta III and Lorenzo Fertitta announced the awards, stating the goal was to transition employees from staff members to owners of the company. Eligible workers began claiming their shares on Monday, September 8, 2026.
