Law Firms Seek Lead Plaintiffs in Multiple Securities Fraud Suits
Law firms are soliciting lead plaintiffs for securities fraud class actions against Alibaba Group Holding Limited, Hims & Hers Health, and Blaize Holdings.
Several law firms have initiated calls for lead plaintiffs in securities fraud class action lawsuits targeting Alibaba Group Holding Limited, Hims & Hers Health, Inc., and Blaize Holdings, Inc., alleging that these companies misled investors about their business operations.
Two separate firms, The Law Offices of Frank R. Cruz and Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP, are seeking lead plaintiffs against Alibaba Group Holding Limited. The complaints allege that between June 26, 2025, and June 24, 2026, the company failed to disclose an affiliation that would categorize it as a Chinese military company under the National Defense Authorization Act. The lawsuits also claim Alibaba conducted distillation attacks against third-party AI models despite public statements to the contrary. Investors have until October 5, 2026, to apply.
Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP is also pursuing actions against two other companies. A suit against Hims & Hers Health, Inc. alleges that between August 4, 2025, and July 29, 2026, the company shared consumer health data with advertisers and charged for prescriptions before medical consultations. A separate action against Blaize Holdings, Inc. claims that between July 18, 2025, and April 28, 2026, the company improperly recognized revenue and announced sham transactions to inflate growth. Deadlines for lead plaintiffs are November 2, 2026, for Hims & Hers and October 5, 2026, for Blaize Holdings.
