Coca-Cola Raises 2026 Guidance After Strong Third Quarter

The Coca-Cola Company increased its full-year 2026 outlook after third-quarter revenues and earnings exceeded Wall Street expectations.

The Coca-Cola Company raised its full-year 2026 guidance on Tuesday following third-quarter results that beat Wall Street expectations. The company reported net revenues of $13.4 billion and comparable earnings of 91 cents per share, marking year-over-year growth of 7% and 11% respectively.

Growth was driven by strong demand for Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and premium products such as fairlife milk. The company utilized strategic pricing, smaller packaging, and increased sales during the July soccer World Cup to boost performance. Consequently, Coca-Cola now projects organic revenue growth of at least 5% and comparable earnings per share growth of at least 11% for the year.

Regional performance varied, with Latin America seeing a 6% rise in volume and a 16% increase in organic revenues. However, the company reported a loss in value share across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In North America, volume remained flat.

This upward revision contrasts with the recent performance of PepsiCo, Inc., which lowered its annual targets and increased cost-cutting measures due to weak demand for snacks in North America.
